Client Service Commitment


Initial Review:  Determine if the current plan is most efficiently meeting the client's needs.


Conversion Services (if applicable): Provide assistance to facilitate conversion from current inefficient program or vehicle into a more appropriate solution.


Ongoing Services:  Phone calls returned same day if at all possible. Constant monitoring of client's overall financial situation/portfolio. Open communication policy--clients are to immediately update us as "life changes" (timeframes, births, deaths, job loss, divorce, etc...) occur and we will continuously provide the education clients need to make informed decisions regarding their available options.


Annual Services:  An annual "State of the Plan" review consultation in our office covering portfolio performance and additional action items as needed.
